Once your claim has been established a registration fee starting from just €340 will be required to lodge your complaint.
Contracts will then be sent for signature.
Upon receipt of signed contracts a full assessment will commence and a legal report will be received within one month.
If any legal action is needed a fee relative to work completed (translations and notary) will be required.
Legal work normally takes between nine and twelve months.
